Do you provide spin shoes?

Spin shoes are provided with class purchase.

What clips do you use?

Our bikes use SPD clips

What is the cancellation policy?

You have up to 12 hours before the class to cancel without losing your ride.

How early should i arrive for my first class?

We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your first class to ensure enough time to properly set you up on the bike.

What if i’m late for the class?

For the safely of our riders, we do not let anyone into the class after 5 minutes.

Do you have showers?

Yes, we have showers available, along with complimentary towels.

What should you bring?

A water bottle, and athletic wear! If you have SPD compatible spin shoes, feel free to bring your own.

Do class packages expire?

No, our classes never expire!
