Cancellation Policy

We have a 12 hour cancellation policy, if you need to change or cancel a class make sure it’s before the 12 hour window. If you have a monthly unlimited, you will be charged $10 for a late cancel.

Class Packages

All class packs purchased at Le Spin are non-refundable, non-transferable and have no expiry date. Class packs can be shared with ONE other person within your household.

The Ride

This is your ride, take it at your own pace. Use these 45 minutes to get lost in the beat.

Arrive on time

Classes will begin at the designated time.  We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the class to allow you enough time to prepare and get properly set up on your bike.

Late policy

We do not allow anyone into the class 5 minutes after the door has been closed. Late arrival could result in your bike being released to another rider.

Waitlist

Don’t be intimidated if a class is full! Get yourself on a waitlist,  You will receive an email if you get in! Putting yourself on a waitlist uses one your classes, if you do not get into the class it will be put back into your account.

Unplug  

Please refrain from using your cellphones during class. They can be distracting to those around you. Let those 45 minutes in class be your time to disconnect and escape!

Pack light

let’s keep the spin room clutter free by using the available lockers and entranceway to store any bags, shoes, jackets, etc.

No Snacking:

Please refrain from chewing gum and eating snacks in the studio.  We want to keep the space clean for all of our riders.
