PREMIUM TRAINING: 4 WEEK INTENSIVE
If you have dreams of becoming the ULTIMATE spin instructor, this is the course for you. We’ll do a ton of riding, heaps of confidence building, true deep dives into the technicalities of spin, an abundance of mindset work - all of which will ensure you’re not just a good instructor, but a GREAT one.
By the end of the course, you’ll have two 45 minute playlists, fully choreographed, ready to teach.
The first three weekends, we train as a group, the final weekend, you get 1-on-1 time with Bangs to go over any areas you feel you need specific support.

2 DAY INTENSIVE:
Ideal for experienced riders and those who might have a bit of experience instructing but want to elevate to the next level.
This is a great entry point for your journey as an instructor.

*Also an excellent option for those inserted in the Premium 4-Week-Training, but prefer to dip their feet in with this first before committing, if they feel they have enough experience.
